I knew from an early age that I wanted to be in the hospitality business. I have always had a flare for entertaining and began my Love affair with food attending the culinary program at George Brown College. It was here that I learned the skills to build on to develop my large repertoire of recipes and menu items. My greatest quality is the ability to take something simple and make it and elegant meal item that your guests will be talking about for some time. Combine my culinary skills with my Love of entertaining people and you can imagine how well received the parties I cater are.
